Chef Prakash began his culinary journey in India, mastering Indian and continental cuisine before expanding into Italian and fusion cooking. His travels across countries—including a memorable chapter in Afghanistan cooking for U.S. Army soldiers—shaped his philosophy that food transcends boundaries and unites people through shared experience.

Chef Pradeep, a master of both Indian cuisine and pastry, brings creativity, technical skill, and a deep respect for traditional recipes. His artistry shines through in every dish, blending bold spices with refined textures and modern presentation.

At WOW INDIA, our menu is a vibrant reflection of India’s regional diversity and global influence. From the rich curries and tandoori delights of North India to the spicy, flavorful dishes of South India, we bring you authentic recipes prepared with fresh ingredients and traditional spices. You’ll also find Indo-Chinese favorites like Chili Chicken and Vegetable Manchurian; Portuguese-influenced specialties such as Golden Shrimp and Goan-style curries; and Mexican-style fusions featuring bold, tangy flavors that pair perfectly with Indian spices.

From Army Base to Portland Plate: Chef Prakash once cooked for U.S. Army soldiers in Afghanistan — an experience that inspired him to blend global flavors with Indian hospitality. Tandoor Love Story: Our clay tandoor ovens reach over 900°F, baking naan and roasting kebabs to smoky perfection — the traditional Punjabi way.
