Chef Prakash began his culinary journey in India, mastering Indian and continental cuisine before expanding into Italian and fusion cooking. His travels across countries—including a memorable chapter in Afghanistan cooking for U.S. Army soldiers—shaped his philosophy that food transcends boundaries and unites people through shared experience.
Chef Pradeep, a master of both Indian cuisine and pastry, brings creativity, technical skill, and a deep respect for traditional recipes. His artistry shines through in every dish, blending bold spices with refined textures and modern presentation.
This place is absolutely gorgeous! I walked in and literally said “wow”. No lie I didn’t realize until later I actually said it. Get the lamb kormas was incredible and get the garlic naan. Oh wait don’t forget the chili shrimp!

We picked up dinner after a friend’s recc on our last night in Portland, and we were so glad we did. My partner’s go-to 1st order when trying a new Indian place is the saag, and this is one of the best we’ve ever had. The biryani, naans, and gobi appetizer were all excellent as well.

We had a great experience here. I had the Chicken Chukka and my wife had the Shahi Paneer. Both were excellent. We also enjoyed the veg platter. The service was excellent. The decor was elegant and the atmosphere was relaxed.

One of the best Indian restaurants I've been to in New England. Every dish was delicious, and the fusion options were especially impressive. The Paneer Pizza was fantastic and is a must-try!

WoW, indeed! Stopped for lunch while in Portland. From apps to entrees, my selections didn't disappoint. Cauliflower bits were seasoned perfectly and the Chicken Chukka was melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. Will definitely be back. Thanks to the staff for a great dining experience.

A wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The menu offers a great selection of Indian dishes, each bursting with vibrant and excellent flavors. What made the night even better was the professional service we received. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of great food and hospitality. Highly recommended!
